Sievenpiper Associates Inc. is a Toronto-based architectural firm specializing in long-term Homes for the Aged, nursing homes and chronic care facilities. The original practice was founded in 1971. Over the last 38 years, the Sievenpiper practice has been involved in the design and construction of over 600 commercial, institutional, and residential projects and has won over 21 Architectural Design Awards, including LEED Gold for Ryerson University Bond Street Project. The firm is dedicated to developing practical design solutions to respond to the client’s needs and to providing extensive contract administrative services in order to achieve successful projects with an emphasis on value engineering in order to create durable, appealing and functional facilities.

 The firm is highly active through all stages of the design, construction and post-construction phases to bring each project to successful completion and currently maintains five highly qualified Architects along with seven other technical and support staff. All key personnel are O.A.A. Architects with hands-on office and industry experience, in addition to years of involvement with their professional association and legal community in matters related to professional practice and construction. It is significant  that  the largest number of projects has been from returning clients or through the personal recommendations to new clients.
